PRINTING PREPARATION
With our professional graphic design and success oriented printing teams, we determine the applications that will make your product stand out on the market shelves. With an experienced team and up-to-date software, we perform detailed prepress checks such as resolution, color management and image placement. We offer consistent quality with technical support and control mechanisms at every step from identifying product specific requirements and packaging design to proofing and approval processes.
ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING
Offering perfect resolution even in the finest details, we work with world-renowned Windmöller & Hölscher machines and Quadtech quality control systems. Rotogravure printing lines offer printing on both sides of the film in one process with 1.450 mm web-width and 9 colors. It also incorporates color measurement and verification, 100% print monitoring and printing faulties detection systems. Providing perfect results on all base films, we offer full and registered matt, heat seal lacquer applications along with paperlike look and touch lacquers.
FLEXO PRINTING
We work with Fischer & Krecke and Bobst technologies in our flexo printing systems that allow printing up to 1.270 mm web-width and 8 colors in different base material options. Flexo printing enables surface and reverse printing on paper and plastic films, and also performs exceptionally in different lacquer applications. Inline slitting and computer-aided RFID roller technology reinforced flexo printing allows us to ensure consistent quality by performing automatic quality control, barcode control and color control with the camera system during printing.
LAMINATION APPLICATIONS
We work with Rotomec lamination machines with increased control power thanks to Flexo Trolley technology, which enables precision at high speed and more efficient glue transfer while leaving minimum solvent residue. We can make up to 4-layers , with and without solvent based lamination as well as cold seal applications.

STILLING TECHNOLOGY
We keep the production running with 3 slitting machines capable of slitting up to 27 sets and 3 doctor rewinding machines. We take the product quality one step further with automatic waste sorting systems that work in integration with printing machines and special detection systems that minimize the splices in the reels.
PAPER BAG PRODUCTION
We are one of the leading paper carrier bag manufacturers in Turkey with 13 paper bag machines within our complex. Our cold glue lamination applications enable 3 layered structures and meet the durable paper bag needs all over the world. In addition to different handle, width and lamination options, we also offer eye-catching design options such as transparent windows. With our machine park, powered by inkjet coding and servo technologies, we deliver the goods in exceptional form and quality to our customers with automatic packing and palletizing technologies.
